“我买了芝麻汤团和鲜肉汤团,适值每年过年、正月十五之前会过来买,亲戚间分一下。”市民贺女士说。
上等糯米粉揉成团,搭配极新的馅料,有甜口的黑芝麻、豆沙、花生,也有咸口的荠菜、鲜肉等。伙计们的巧辖下,十秒内就能包成一颗硕大圆满的汤圆。春节假期以来该店汤圆日均销售量合手续走高,相较于庸碌加多了数倍。
